not easy to assemble, especially if you do it alone
The bars came with scratches. When I assembled the bars, the post wasn't exactly the shape of a "C" either (it was more of an "S" shape), so I had to leave some of the hardware loose for it to work (although that would likely to affect stability). Because I had loose parts, they were difficult to install because the bars moved while I was trying to assemble them. I wanted to replace the items but it's too much hassle for a $25 item so I'm just hoping it works. I think you get what you paid for.
