The design and details are weak, the device broke twice
I go to the second, lasted 2 months. My first plastic screw broke. A tiny nut threads onto a bolt that attaches the car mount to the charger. for your needs. This is one of the few functions of this device and it fails. Most people probably don't have micro tools and tiny spare nuts and don't know where to buy them. I would like to contact the manufacturer, but Revain does it virtually. impossible. It's not cheap so I'm definitely disappointed.
