Powerful trimmer, easy to comb through pubic hair. I like the LED light and the digital display of the remaining energy. However, it is not good for your sensitive pubic areas, especially the scrotum. You will shed blood! I used it 4 times before writing this review hoping to get better with practice. I was extremely careful and gentle when trimming my testicle hair. However, I cut myself at least once EVERY TIME. I used to use a Phillips Norelco body styler and it cut my hair much closer and absolutely no cuts. It is also much easier and more convenient to use. When it came time to replace it I decided on this groomer from Mangifts based on video reviews. Now I can say that these reviews were misleading to say the least. I have since ordered another Phillips Norelco body trimmer (updated model) and look forward to delivery so grooming my groin will no longer be a terrible experience. UPDATE (10/18/21): Fantastic and attentive customer service. See how Mangifts honors their 100% satisfaction guarantee in response to my dissatisfaction with this product. This is the hallmark of a noble and reliable company. If it were possible to rate the customer service separately I would give 5 stars. I know not everyone will have the same bad experiences I did, but some people undoubtedly will. This product can definitely be improved and I hope the Mangifts tech team can point out the issues and make design changes to improve this razor (as it has some good qualities as mentioned) to take care of sensitive areas . will no longer be a terrible experience. This is a company that is open to customer feedback and committed to product improvement. Really very refreshing! 3 stars overall, but I am optimistic that as the product improves they will easily earn 5 stars
