Review on Travelon Anti Theft Metro Convertible Crossbody Women's Handbags & Wallets by Heather Joseph

Revainrating 5 out of 5

VERY anti-theft, I make sure it works

I bought this to use when shopping - no more need to add the wallet to the cart for me. Even though I was using a child seat belt that wrapped around a wallet strap and snapped a few times, I still had to keep an eye on it. This is the thinnest anti-theft case I could find which is why I bought it. I still keep my most important things; Keys, pen, ChapStick, cards, cash, small glasses (not at the same time as my phone), not big enough for a tablet, water bottle or similar. I attached the strap so I can wear it UNDER a sweater or jacket on my chest, literally under my nose so I always know where it is. My GN9 is too big for my phone pocket so I put it in, there's plenty of room for it if you don't have glasses. Or sometimes I'll tip it inside the inner zip pocket so that it sticks out through the main zip when it's almost closed, and then tip the pocket so the phone doesn't fall out. I can also attach my seat belt over it, it easily slides a little in front of me to fit between the top and bottom straps. And YES, Cynthia, it can be worn as a fanny pack - just below the D-rings on the back is a narrow channel for the strap to slip through (your fingers grip each end to keep it open). He's so versatile. There are many ways to adjust the straps to different locations, angles and heights to wear. On mine, I attached a strap hook to a small D-ring on the side to wear it at an angle; just play "what if I do that" with him. The cut-resistant strap, wire mesh walls, and RFID-blocking pockets make it tougher than most other models. It took me a minute to figure out the strap hooks but I think the thief will have more trouble than me as he will be in a hurry. Ideal.
