I only give these bowls 3 stars because the orange bowl has a hole in the bottom after a little over a month. I've never put them in the dishwasher or microwave and yet a small piece came loose just by the logo on the bottom when the yogurt was tapped off my spoon and stirred into the dip mix. It's very sad because it's a great set; The size is perfect for any meal and the colors are bright and cheerful. The logo is "sealed" at the bottom and I believe the structural integrity of the material is weakened at this point. In my opinion a design flaw. I'd happily just buy the orange shell as a replacement for my set and be more careful in the future, but just to reiterate; I was very careful with my care as I didn't want the heat of the dishwasher or microwave to cause the color to fade. I have small plates that color match these bowls and they make a great set for appetizers, small lunches and quick dinners. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaw in the logo.
