I like this eye cream. He keeps exactly what he promises. I apply it in the morning before my makeup and it reduces puffiness and fine lines. I apply it at night along with a few drops of my highly hydrating Shiseido Bio-Performance LiftDynamic Eye Treatment (another review, but a great night time eye treatment). a touch of hydration after a day of makeup, smog, sweat, etc. Always apply to clean skin. A little goes a long way and I haven't found a better eye treatment in this price range. I would highly recommend this eye treatment to anyone regardless of age, it works in your 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's. It's neither heavy nor greasy. It never causes redness or itching and I have sensitive skin prone to eczema. Definitely a wonderful product.
