The lamp is still on and will be dimmed after switching off. Updated, there is an easy fix.

I love the color but I'm confused because they are filtered and the light is still dim even though it should be off. I'm not sure if it's something in my car or if it's a real lightbulb. To fix the faint light I took a resistor and put it parallel to the light and I had no problems.
