This backpack will not disappoint! I was looking for a professional backpack that is neither too small nor too big. That's great! Very stylish design and very spacious. Since I bought it for myself I was a bit worried about the straps. They would be a bit long for a "normal sized" woman (I think), but they aren't too long for me, which was a pleasant surprise. I have large shoulders for a woman and I adjusted the straps to the shortest position (which never happens) and it was perfect. Only thing I can say is that the straps need a bit more padding, the straps can use the carabiner loop/clip area and I bought a chest strap to help with the square fit. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the professional look and functionality of this backpack.
