The system is easy to use and has lots of features that help me manage my business more effectively. It's very customizable so I can set up rules and alerts to be notified when certain conditions occur. There isn't much in terms of customer service support from this software provider - they're pretty difficult to reach unless it's something technical related or urgent. We've been able to save time by using intuendi to forecast demand and optimize our supply chain. This helps us make better decisions about what we need to stock and where best to place items in our warehouse.
