I'm 5ft 10", 170lbs, chest 40, medium height. For the price I got this shirt, definitely not bad. However, I had a few issues that didn't work for me. The shoulders converge to a point and don't lie flat, destroying the silhouette. The dots grow as you move your arms and the shirt was tight in the back and shoulders with movement. The sleeves are long, just below the thumb. However, if you plan on wearing this shirt with a jacket or under a sweater or whatever, I think it will work great. The slim fit suits my body very well and when you tuck it in there is no blouse and the body looks defined. So if you're planning on wearing it under something or if you have a 39 or 38 bust I'd suggest trying it out: decent fit, nice patterns and a durable cotton material for the money.
