First of all, the package arrived with STRONG damage. In fact, the entire side of the box was torn out. The screw pack I received matches the SKU #. of the chair match, but the parts marked do not match the parts marked in the instructions (e.g. the H screw was marked L in the instructions in the screw pack, while the H was an Allen key), and a few screws are screwed loose in the holes making this chair totally unusable at the moment, although the screw specs match the wrong part numbers. The fact that assembly instructions weren't even included speaks volumes about the buyer's concern with this product. I had to go online and find instructions about Revain. and then the part numbers don't even match!? At the moment it's not worth the effort. i give it back
