If you can't move your shoulder you will find it very difficult to put on and take off most elbow slings. This one was much easier to put on and take off. Two minor issues: 1. The small buckles just above the two ends of the belt are too tight, they tend to bump into the hand. 2. It would be nice to have a thumb loop on one of these so it would hold it's position on the wrist better. Still way better than the sling I got at the hospital, that's for sure.
