piss off! Best in clips, armbands and bracelets

Very disappointed - bought the smallest size, I have small wrists. It literally took me 20 minutes to attach the slot on the strap to the correct hole on my wrist. I wouldn't have bought the Up if I knew how difficult it would be to set it up to use a sleep tracking app. This is not user friendly at all. Good tracker but the wristband design is terrible.
