I just received this and was very impressed until I connected it to the charger the connection is so loose the cord won't hold. Luckily it was fully charged so I could still use it. Let's talk customer service! But back to the massager, it's great, it comes with all sorts of different massage heads and a very nice carrying case. I used this while sitting on the couch in my living room and I'm new to this but I really felt a nice massage. In the summer I drive north from Florida to Maine and with a nice bag I take it to the car and bring it to the motel at night. but it turned out very well. I'm a happy customer.
