I have been looking for a new shoulder bag for several months and have decided on this one. I really like the look and I love that it has an open pocket in the middle to get things in and out easily but plenty of room with zips for security. The only thing I would wish for is a wider strap as the narrow strap rubs my neck a bit when carrying a water bottle or other heavy object and that there is some sort of padding in the lower open center pocket. . More than once I've dropped my phone in the middle and heard it *hit* the floor/table that the bag is standing on because there's no padding in the bottom center - just a layer of fabric. But after all my hunts I am very happy with this wallet so far!
