I love these bean bags. I first bought the next size up in blue. I like large bean bags for myself (medium for adults) so thought one would be for kids and then bought the largest which is great for adults. The fabric is of good quality, slightly textured but pleasant to the touch. It looks and feels very well built. Like the pen. The inner layer is a little strange. I tried it like this at first, but it doesn't have the same shape as a rattle. So now I've found a better way to use it; brings all the beans straight into the rattle. Then close the inside pocket. It can be attached to the inside with an additional zipper so that the inner bag hangs on the beanbag. Then I just tuck in the inside pocket and close the main zip. That way I have a good guarantee that the beans will never leak or the kids can easily unzip and get a big mess with the beans. Also because this zipper creates a continuously closed system between the pocket and the inner lining; When I want to wash the rattle, I simply unzip the main zipper so that the inner pouch comes out. Then lift the bean bag until all of the beans have been poured into the bag liner. Tie the inner lining in the form of a large storage container; unzip it from the rattle bag and then you can wash the outer cover with almost no flakes. There will still be a few beans in the bag, but that doesn't matter. I tossed it in the top load washing machine on the gentle/hand wash cycle; and then let it air dry; which just happens overnight. Then just reverse and wallah, put it all back together. By Price; This is a great, beautiful, well-made rattle with a very good ability to easily wash it; Which is a must with 3 dirty little kids.
