I used to buy large quantities of a great eye cream only made in Europe
here in the US. In my opinion, this is the best eye makeup remover with moisturizing ingredients. Oil-free makeup removers are terrible for lashes and most importantly, they drain and speed up cracks and fine lines around the eyes. Excellent goods.
