I'm 5.2 inches tall and about 135 pounds and it fits me although there isn't much room to move. If you have wide hips like I do, it will be hit or miss (thigh width 22 inches). My hem hits just above mid-calf (length 38 inches from shoulders). Will update as it holds up.
