The center hole on the reel I received was about 1mm and the wall was about 0.5mm so it appears lighter. This could be clipped onto a heavy duty heated memory wire with some work, but it's lighter than the picture shows. However, since the picture does not match the product, it is not known what you can get. It works through regular memory wire, a bit baggy but still looks good.
