I’m 5’6 and 211lbs and I got a large. I love it so much! I feel like personally a medium might have been good because the large right now fits me all the way to the lowest hooks. Right now it’s perfect but only because the straps allow me to make it tighter. Once I loose weight I hope the Velcro straps will still help me. Either way I am so happy I choose this. I went off of reviews from so many other ones and this was the best option. It’s like 2 in 1. Helps with sweating while working out and keeping everything tight while I work all day sitting down. I like that the velcro allows me to make it tighter. Also this helps on my back pain! I love that this covers my belly and right under my breasts where I have a fat pouch. I recommend!
