Wheels won't turn and make a bad noise
Armrest holes are so hard to tighten. And the wheels don't roll smoothly, they can't turn in the direction specified on the 360 website. I've thought about returning them but it's so difficult to pull the wheels out from under the chair and there's no power to unscrew those screws. I should have kept it but it's a really bad product.
