Pleasantly surprised

These headphones are very annoying Only connects to one device Randomly connects to this one device Hardly any noise cancellation; very similar to regular headphones Touch buttons not working Sound quality is good but disappointing—————————— Update They sent me a replacement for this one. It seems that the product I received previously may have been defective. If you swap the pairs individually, the sound quality is even better. Very happy with the customer service they provided. I will buy again
