Small, compact wardrobe on wheels. I had a compact space and wanted a two-story rack. The only problem is that my shirts touch the bottom hanger and the bottom hanger is too low to hang my pants on. Shelves will likely work better with women's clothing. I'm tall, so that's part of the problem. I like having top and bottom shelves. I ended up folding my pants (jeans and work pants) and putting them on the bottom shelf. I use it for clothes that I wear often. My bedroom closet had air conditioning a few years ago, so most of my clothes are in the other room. The small retractable handle is handy for hanging shorts and t-shirts for morning use.
