I bought this chair almost exactly 2 years ago in September 2019. I'm 5'8" and 200 pounds. I probably use the chair about 8-10 hours a day. After the first few months the gas bottle failed and was down to one height. I decided I could just live with it , and I did. The post on the bottom of the seat broke and the chair is DEAD about 3 weeks or 2 years after it was reassembled. I plan to spend a little more for a better chair. I recommend you do the same do unless you weigh about 150 or less, in which case this chair might be for you.
