I like that we can use the same language whether it is for iOS or Android native app programming.The support team's responsiveness when you need to solve issues immediately.We don't have much experience using this tool so far but I am sure if there are enough tutorials available online then any user will be able to make good use of them. It has helped us in creating our native application as well. We used to develop an android application which required heavy backend code but now we do not need such thing since we developed the whole android version of our product instead.
