Review on ✨ Burt's Bees 100% Natural Eye Shadow Palette - 3 Shades for Enhanced SEO by Stephanie Mann

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Terrible packaging, both on delivery and on the product itself. The product formula and colors are decent.

Yes. If you don't use bubble wrap or protective packaging, the eyeshadow will break. I ordered this and a foundation from the same brand (along with some other items in the same pack) while the foundation was nicely wrapped in a thick layer of bubble wrap, the eyeshadow just tumbled in the box. Not cool. I was able to salvage most of it, but I still have doubts; The singles holding the eyeshadow are NOT properly glued at all. My three are out. There is literally no glue holding them in the mini palette. This likely contributed to the destruction of the eyeshadow itself. I looked and read a lot of reviews before ordering them, so I already knew they would be a little more transparent and "natural". I ordered Countryside Lavender shades. The top beige tone is VERY transparent, but can be perfectly used as a base. The other two are very cute and go really well with my complexion and eye color. (I'm a cool neutral with blue eyes and red hair, if that helps.) I have no trouble formulating the darkest shade or the metallic midtone, however the beige shade is a bit dry. . It doesn't have the oily texture of the other two. Overall, this is a decent product for the price, but as another reviewer mentioned, I highly recommend buying it in stores rather than ordering it online (Walmart currently stocks the same line). stores) the sheer number of people including myself who have received a damaged product is actually ridiculous and unacceptable in my opinion. Sellers shipping cosmetics should already know how to pack them properly. And the brand now has to use the right glue on each tray if they want to make a palette at all.
