I am not speaking here as a technical wizard or any other scientist. Just a regular guy using a second monitor for basic work needs. I'm talking email, web and app browsing, a word processor, and using PowerPoint. This monitor is perfect for those needs. First, it arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to set up - just took it out of the box and put it on a stand. Then it's as simple as plugging it into a power source and using the included HDMI cable to connect the back of the monitor to my laptop. Simply? Absolutely. The picture quality is sharp and clear. Again, I don't play games or watch feature films. That's a pretty simple thing. But if your needs are similar to mine - which most people have when it comes to a computer monitor - I think you'll find this option suitable. The stand is very simple. He doesn't turn around. Some bought a different stand for more versatility - I didn't need it for my needs. The monitor itself is fairly thin and attractive.
