These nine inch wipes are dry and have a slightly stiff, starchy feel. They are great for wiping off dust from smooth surfaces such as my display pen/drawing tablet. One side is slightly coarse and the other is smooth. Both sides are lint free and pick up fine dust and hairs really well.They are also quite absorbent and pick up a lot of liquid much like the more expensive kitchen towels do. The difference is that they don’t dissolve. They do have a little stretch in them but will not tear. They’re very good.
