This is a great product for the money. It's more like a $100 device. It's a little difficult to assemble. They give you wooden pegs and you have to dry them first (they let you put the pegs in and supply glue). I glued them together then tried connecting the top and bottom and found the pins didn't fit so I tried forcing them in and cracking the top a bit. But it doesn't stand out. Attention, black laminate is non-formica and thin. But then again, it looks way more expensive than it was. I have a 50 inch TV and the unit is solid and reliable.
