Review on ☕ Aigostar 4-Cup Drip Coffee Maker with Reusable Filter and Glass Carafe – Compact Coffee Machine for Home, Travel & Office, Stainless Steel Décor, Black by Jamie Smith

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Hot coffee, hot brewing temperature, thermal jug excellent

First the disadvantages. The carafe is inconvenient to use as a container to pour water into the machine. Because the carafe has thick sides, it's difficult to pour cold water into the tank without spilling it. never mind The window on the tank is easy to read to see how much water has been added. We bought a coffee maker for our camper. The thermograph is a big plus for us as we like to take the carafe outside. We had a cheap Black and Decker which we were never satisfied with because the brewing temperature wasn't hot enough and the heater didn't keep the coffee hot enough. We have the Aigostar version for 8 cups. I haven't measured the brewing temperature, but I know from experience that it's on the higher end of a drip machine. I'm a big Bunn fan because Bunn brews at the right temperature and has a hot water system that makes great coffee. However, the Bunn is not suitable for casual use due to the constantly hot tank system. This machine brews well, at a high temperature, and the carafe keeps the coffee perfectly hot longer than it takes us to drink 8 cups. I can't stop at longevity, but I'm very happy with initial performance. Coffee needs to be hot, brewed hot and kept hot, and this drip machine can do both.
