Review on Fujifilm Finepix Digital Wide Angle Optical by Jessica Bryant

Best Bang for the Buck

Well I don't even know where to start with this camera. But about a year ago, when this camera first hit the digital camera market, it cost almost double what you can pay for it today. This camera has a lot to offer for the price. I just love the Fujifilm color tone. With Fujifilm CCD technology you get a very studio-like effect. This camera has many manual controls and features that will interest both professional and amateur photographers. The 9 megapixel camera can be really useful when it comes to composition. Images captured with this camera are bright and clear. The camera image may be noisy if you set the ISO above 400. So, for best results, set the ISO as low as possible (e.g. ISO 80?). A 10.7x zoom lens comes in handy when you want to get close to your subject. I have used this camera for every occasion and it has never let me down. I've heard a lot of complaints about the poor battery life of this camera, but just buy a NiMH battery of around 2500mAh and up and you'll get around 200-250 pictures. Be sure to buy a memory card with at least 2 GB, because the image files are quite large, especially in RAW format. Also for the price this camera is VERY RELIABLE in the hand. It looks very professional and durable (MADE IN JAPAN). The buttons are conveniently located and very easy to use. Be sure to buy an external flash if you want to take some serious light shots. I recommend Sunpak 383 general purpose flash for this camera. It works very well together. Either way, for $407 you won't find a better camera than this. Thank you Revain for making this great offer possible. I can recommend this camera once again.
