This is one of the nicest hair removal machines I have ever used. I love that it has unlimited flashes, unlike some of the cheaper ones that only have 999 flashes. Before I talk about the product, I just want to remind everyone that this is not an epilator or any other type of device that will remove your regrown hairs instantly. When using the device for the first time, you must completely shave the area before starting work. Again, this device works much better for lighter skin tones with darker hair color. You choose single or continuous flash by swiping your device over the area you just shaved. It goes by pretty quickly. Always wear safety goggles and try not to stare at the flash. After the first treatment follow the pattern given in the instructions and if you continue to do this you will notice less hair growth over time. After the first procedure on the legs, I noticed that the hair is getting longer. After more treatments I noticed that less hair grows back and it takes longer. I assume that with the planned treatments I will end up noticing almost no hair in this area. I'm not sure what will happen if I stop for a long time. I think the hair will grow back, but not as much as before. This type of device requires patience, diligence and dedication. If you can commit, I think you'll find the results attractive. If you have skin problems, always consult your doctor first before using this type of device. As another reviewer mentioned, hormones can also play a role in hair growth, and even this device can't change that significantly. Overall I think it's a good device, albeit very expensive and bulkier than some others on the market. This is best for use on the body and may be too large for the face area.
