This is an EXCELLENT product for its price. In fact, after experiencing the quality, I would have paid more for it. My daughter loves this! We have been like this for 3 months now. I washed it when I got it and have washed it weekly since. The color is just as vibrant and the duvet and sheets are just as soft. Some may find the duvet too thin for colder weather but I don't expect any problems. We live in Massachusetts and although it gets REALLY cold here, both of my kids are very warm (as is her dad) so that's all my daughter needs to keep warm. In fact, even with the air conditioning on in the summer, I would sweat a little under the duvet and sheets. I find that a fitted sheet holds up very well. The top sheet separated from the bottom sheet at first, but now I tuck it inside the sheet and it stays in place. Update (March 2013) - We have owned this set for almost a year now. Still bright, still soft. No fraying, tearing or fraying. Still very happy with this purchase!
