I am pleasantly surprised by this back brace. Lately I've had back problems that I can't explain. Thankfully, this is the best solution I've ever experienced. I usually just use a heating pad, but it limits movement and doesn't have a massaging effect. It has a massage effect that adds another level of experience. It was ticklish at first, but after adjusting the intensity, I enjoyed the effects. My husband and I both tried it. I have constant back pain and he has the occasional back problem, but we were both amazed at the effect this back brace can have. We both got used to the feeling and loved it once we got used to it. I want it to be a little hotter. Although this may be a preference for me. I think it's a good back warmer. It's easy to use and worth a try.
