These glasses are great! They are trendy and very affordable. I get compliments every day on how good they look. I liked them so much I even bought a second set for my 12 year old son to wear while he plays and watches TV. In the first set I bought I took a clear pair and gave my husband a black pair. Since I bought my son a second set, I picked a black pair to wear at home when I watch TV or use my iPhone. The sheer pair stays at work and I wear them all day. I got my husband some black sneakers from my son's gear and he wears them to work. I wear them every day and feel like they help me produce more melatonin. I've had trouble sleeping for years and I really think wearing them helps me a lot! They also come in nice packaging with a cleaning cloth, a small blue light projector, a card that shows when the blue light starts to block, and a mini screwdriver in case the screws come loose. The map shows firsthand how they actually block blue light. I would highly recommend them and you can't beat the price for all you get!
