I'm approaching 30 and noticed my eyelashes were shorter and thinner than I remember in my 20's; I noticed a dramatic difference even with mascara and decided to try some natural hair growth products to see if they would help. I bought this castor oil on purpose because it came with a small mascara-like tube that was already filled with oil. I added about 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil to improve the condition and then applied it to my lashes at least once a day for about 3 weeks. I really noticed the difference! One eye grew significantly faster (my left eye lol and I noticed an increase in length after about 10 days) and is now as long and thick as I remember (maybe even a bit longer and fuller!). My right eye took a little longer but is finally showing significant growth and doesn't look significantly shorter than my right eye anymore lol. I also love this blend because it really makes lashes look longer and thicker right after application, so it's also a great trick for mascara-free days. My ONLY issue is that the mascara tube I wanted somehow broke and now a tiny amount of oil leaks out of the top all the time. Yes I've tried letting them stand upright instead of laying them flat etc. I still use them at home but it's cumbersome to travel with so I just washed the old mascara tube with hot water and it used without incident. All in all I CANNOT RECOMMEND! At least for this particular application.
