Seems to be quite comfortable at first. I put a softer pillowcase on top of the pillow. But after 3 nights my back hurt a lot. It took another 3 nights without using a pillow to get back to normal. I don't know what happened, but the pillow didn't fit me. I sleep on my side/stomach, often with one or both knees up. So it may well be that my positioning just didn't work out.
