I rarely write reviews but this product is so bad I had to. I was looking for a solid monitor stand for several weeks before deciding on this one. I should have paid more attention to reviews on another website. Many parts, screws and brackets included. The tube consists of two parts. One bolts to the sturdy base and the extension bolts into it through a coupler. Mine doesn't fit. Top tube screwed in incorrectly. Excellent. At the moment I will only install two 27 inch monitors. I've tried mounting the monitors on opposite arms but they won't stand up. The thing tips over. I kept it by balancing the left and right monitors, but forget to move them. One person can get the job done by placing a heavy weight on the back of the base, securing the base to a table, or balancing the monitors perfectly. Do not buy!
