The company said to order one size larger than the waist measurement. I'm 38 so I ordered a 40, my nephew who is 36 tried it on and it fit perfectly. I ordered 42 and it fits me perfectly. I am very satisfied, durable leather and overall a very nice expensive belt. Excellent quality, I can only recommend.
