I like this product. My skin is soft and fine lines are beginning to fade. I called it "Slightly rough but in a good way" because it's amazing how much dead skin is sloughed off with use. If you really want to scare people with joy, use it behind your ears. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product for people with sensitive skin. I don't see how it can't be irritating when your skin is easily exposed. I wouldn't say it's moisturizing. I'm not sure if it even has to be. I always cream my face after washing, that might be a factor. But after using this product my face is so soft and dry skin is not a problem.
