Well, I'm already wondering how I managed my whole life without this trimmer. While both tools are very well made, the trimmer in this set is particularly good. The reason this trimmer is so good is because it's the perfect size and design for precision trimming around the edges of your nails (toenails too). It really is a must-have tool. When I use it, I feel like I have more control than any other manicure tool I've used for a similar purpose. also make it much easier to remove difficult burrs and nail corners. I was less than impressed with the cuticle tool because, like a lot of people, I already have it; except this one has a great non-slip coating on the handle which makes it a lot easier to use. With that in mind, it's also a great addition to any nail care kit. The quality and design are excellent, especially the comfortable handles. Based on my experience with the trimmer, I have come to the conclusion that no household should be without a trimmer.
