Reference I am 5'9" 1/2", 155 lbs. I ordered XL. But fits tight. Be careful, the picture shown appears gray. It's not like this! It's white as snow with pink, black, and gold sides. I use it over my swimwear for extra warmth when swimming, but if you want to wear it alone it can be an issue. I'm deducting a star for that, but everything else is fine.
