Maven does not exist for us because our core competency is not technology. Our main focus is sales & marketing and it would be detrimental to our growth to invest in something where our primary competency lies elsewhere. So Maven is not an option for us. I would like to see more communication from them when they don't deliver as promised, especially since there was no notice or explanation given at all. Also, it appears they do very little maintenance work on existing apps (if any) so they may get away with having poor customer support without getting called on it too much.
