Review on HACHIKITTY Indoor Calming Machine Washable by Vanessa Knipp

We live in a village and people like to bring their pets here. . . This means we currently have up to 7 cats. I've never used cat beds, but I was hoping they would sleep in specific spots so there were no cat hair stains. I ordered two different beds to test and found this to be the better of the two. It arrived in a box that was bursting at the seams so I was careful opening it for fear of cutting up the bed. In the carton, the bed is packed in two plastic bags. There was a slight chemical smell upon opening but dissipated in less than a day. It is a good size and fits my large cats well. The fur is soft and fluffy, but does not come out when touched. The filling feels a bit crunchy but gives some structure to the bed so it doesn't flatten out with use. Made with high quality, I have not found any manufacturing defects or inferior stitching. The design is functional. . . The bottom cushion can be removed for cleaning. Made in China. 100% polyester. Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water, line dry.
