The product was received in like-new condition. Turned it on and everything worked fine. I had to connect Bluetooth (which worked just as easily as described). Once Bluetooth connected, it prompted me to download the latest firmware, which I did. Subscribed to Sirius XM flight weather. Now everything is working as described and honestly if it keeps up like this it's pretty easy to get started. Once you subscribe to Sirius XM (GDL 51 series), link it to the Garmin app and it seriously downloads every 2.5 minutes, I get all the weather, peak reports, TAFs/Metars, EVERYTHING! I can't wait to use it in the field. Hopefully we'll get back to you to see how it works in the real world! To update.
