I have had lots of different so expensive waist trainers. This is by far the best one I’ve ever had. Because my hips are much bigger than my waist it would always roll up when I move or sit down. This one gives very good tight compression. The material also allows you to sweat as well. I have a short torso so I can’t zip it up all the way. But I love how it fits and stays put all day at work. Must buy!
