My little sister was at work when the necklace accidentally fell off her neck and fell on the floor, my father's ashes were on her shirt! Absolutely disgusting in the quality of this product, I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a very unfortunate situation for them, I'm not sure if we could get a broken part, but it's definitely not normal. I have a strong belief that someone who intends to get something like this will find something that protects the ash inside the pendant in a way that should it break, the same will not happen to them.
