I think this product is great. The keyboard is solid and holds everything as promised. However, I gave four stars because it's not as durable as it looks. I had to send it back and replace it as one of the hinges broke when I pulled the iPad out. That was because the back cover, which I also bought from Brydge, "snagged" on the hinge and immediately pulled off. This back cover is made of very durable plastic, which is probably why it happened. However, I expected the hinge to attach to the keyboard on both sides. That's not the case. Only one side of the hinge is attached to the keyboard, making it more fragile than it looks. I hope Brydge reads this and considers it in future product releases. As long as you're using the iPad on its own and pulling it exactly as Brydge says to remove the keyboard, you shouldn't have any problems BUT be careful when removing it from the keyboard. .
