dirty and broken best in cheat sheet

Arrived yesterday. When the package was opened, the contents were scattered everywhere. The plastic container is broken and sealed with tape to prevent it from closing; however, it didn't work. Better just toss everything in a plastic bag than that bin with dividers. The box was sealed with tape where the plastic of the box was broken. What's the point of putting them in a container designed to keep them separate and organized if it's broken and the dividers won't stay in place?
