Review on Journyz by Brian Garrett

There are a lot of features and options that you can use to make your website more interactive. I like the fact that you can interact with your customers on your website in different ways, including live chats and surveys. I also like that the platform is easy to use and that all my data is available on my profile. Sometimes I would prefer to have the option to use the live chat feature instead of just a button. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about Journyz. It has enabled me to connect with my customers in a different and more personal way. I am able to answer all their questions and solve their problems. I love the simplicity of the dashboard and how easily I can make modifications. I wish there was a way to have more customization for the dashboards. There aren't many options out of the box. I wish I had more options to customize the dashboard. I am able to see everything I need to in one place. I am able to use Journyz for the first time to create a dashboard for our department. I am able to track and monitor all our events.
